Refund Policy

3.1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales on TitanKeys are final.

Once a digital product, Steam key, or account credential has been delivered, displayed, or emailed to you, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" to inventory to ensure they have not been seen, copied, or redeemed.

3.2. Exceptions for Technical Faults

The only exception to this policy is if a digital key is proven to be defective or already redeemed prior to the time of purchase.

  • In the rare event that a key does not work, you must open a ticket with our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
  • You must provide clear, unedited, full-screen screenshots showing the error message on the respective platform (e.g., Steam) alongside the time and date.
  • If our team and the vendor confirm the key was defective prior to delivery, a replacement key will be issued. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at the sole discretion of TitanKeys.

3.3. Fraud & Chargebacks

Any attempt to open a fraudulent dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment processor after a successful digital key delivery will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your TitanKeys account and the blacklisting of your details across our partner networks.
